Property and SPV records
Each property is linked to its own vehicle and share register.
White-label software for operators who already have, or are arranging, the legal and regulatory basis to offer property investments. Planned scope includes an investor web app, a mobile app, an operator console, and a partner portal.

A Fundrise-style platform lets many investors buy shares in property held through a dedicated vehicle, typically one special purpose vehicle (SPV) per property. Investors receive a share of rental income and may later sell or exit.
The software keeps the records: who subscribed, which allocation they hold, what was distributed, and every movement of money through a double-entry ledger. It does not create the SPV, approve the offering, or decide who may invest.

Offering shares to the public requires permissions that software cannot provide. Legal structuring, regulatory approval, financial-promotion compliance, and provider onboarding stay with the operator.
A production hardening package is an available add-on. Each new market's country profile, tax withholding, and agreement text is agreed in writing before it is built.
Have a question about your next step? Tell us what you have in mind.
No. Software cannot grant a licence. Legal structuring of property vehicles, permission to raise or promote investments, financial-promotion rules, investor eligibility tests, and onboarding with banks, custodians, and KYC providers are the operator's responsibility, usually with a licensed partner and local counsel. The platform also does not promise or model guaranteed returns; it records what investors put in and what is distributed.
